sconfig 2.1.0

This is release 45 of sconfig which supports the Scala line of products.

Highlights 💥

This release brings in several features and fixes from the Lightbend config library. It is binary compatible with 2.0.x, which is now checked by MiMa in CI. The library build now uses sbt 2.

SimpleConfigObject.keySet now returns an unmodifiable set, so code that changed the returned set will now throw an exception.
