Changes made in this release:

1. Updated verbose logging to remove some repeated msgs and added msgs for start and stop of each step by index. To help orient the output to the steps.
2. Updated load/add so that if the step type is invalid instead of an error the line is just skipped. This will allow you to simply "comment" a step line in the file by adding an extra letter at the beginning of the line e.g. BAT -> xBAT and now this line is skipped
3. Added a switch to the CMD execution so that the MS branding lines are no longer output.
4. Added code to execution of all three step types that will expand any environment vars in a step's Text before executing it. Vars should be added to the Text like: BAT,required,$ChipsterRoot\foo\bar.bat using the $name format or if you prefer ${name} should also work per docs.
5. Updated tests to add one for the new lack of error for invalid step lines.
