v4.0.0rc6.post2 - TAB workflow for Dropdown

This release adds efficient keyboard navigation for the Dropdown component:

• Auto-open on typing: When the dropdown trigger has focus, typing opens the dropdown with the search value
• TAB to select: Pressing TAB selects the first matching option and closes the dropdown
• Visual feedback: First option is highlighted when dropdown opens via typing
• Keystroke forwarding: Typing continues to work when an option is focused
• Improved search ranking: Results starting with the search term rank higher than substring matches

Workflow:

1. TAB to dropdown
2. Type to search (dropdown opens, first match highlighted)
3. TAB to select and close
4. Type again to re-open and search
5. Repeat as needed

Dash 4.0.0rc6 with improved Dropdown keyboard navigation

This release adds improved keyboard navigation to the Dropdown component, restoring the efficient workflow from Dash 3:

New behavior:

• Auto-open on typing: When the dropdown trigger is focused, start typing to immediately search (no need to press DOWN first)
• TAB to select: Press TAB to select the first filtered option and move to the next element

Workflow comparison:

• Dash 3 / This patch: [SEARCH] → TAB → [SEARCH] → TAB → ...
• Default Dash 4: DOWN → [SEARCH] → DOWN → ENTER → TAB → ...
