Dash 4.0.0rc6 with improved Dropdown keyboard navigation

This release adds improved keyboard navigation to the Dropdown component, restoring the efficient workflow from Dash 3:
New behavior:
- Auto-open on typing: When the dropdown trigger is focused, start typing to immediately search (no need to press DOWN first)
- TAB to select: Press TAB to select the first filtered option and move to the next element
Workflow comparison:
- Dash 3 / This patch:
[SEARCH] → TAB → [SEARCH] → TAB → ... - Default Dash 4:
DOWN → [SEARCH] → DOWN → ENTER → TAB → ...
