What's New in v0.1.15:

  • Windows PE Resource Icon Embedding (.rsrc): Full support for embedding application icon (.ico) directly into the executable's resources table with RT_ICON and RT_GROUP_ICON via FASM.
  • Taskbar & Window Icons: Automatic WM_SETICON dispatch and WNDCLASSEXW.hIcon / hIconSm binding for crystal-clear window headers and Windows taskbar buttons.
  • In-App Header Icon Control: Crisp 32x32 application icon displayed directly beside the app title in the top bar.
  • Cache Cleaning Command: Added 'pyfasm clean' CLI command with support for project build artifacts, intermediate ASM files, and global extracted application bundle caches ('pyfasm clean --apps', 'pyfasm clean --all').
  • Full Fidelity GUI Upgrades: Quick Search chips row (python, javascript, react, fastapi, asyncio, pandas, docker, c++, rust), segmented language tabs (English, Russian, Bookmarks), details action toolbar (Save, Copy Question, Copy Link, Browse), and Consolas monospace code rendering.
  • All 52 unit tests passing across CPython 3.8-3.16t (Free-Threaded No-GIL) and PyPy.
