Hello Mini 0.13.0

Hello Mini 0.13.0 adds reversible batch filing, Finder Redo, and a brief rustle of unnecessary paper.

• Scrapbook: rename collections, explicitly select multiple visible scraps, then file, favourite/unfavourite, archive or restore them together. One session-only Undo Filing restores the previous organisation, including removed collections, while preserving note contents and OCR text. Hidden scraps are excluded from batch actions.
• Finder Redo: repeat New Folder, Rename or same-volume Move after Undo, using Shift-Command-Z. Fresh receipts refuse changed items, occupied names and replaced parent directories. Successful new operations clear Redo; no multi-step history or cross-volume Move is included.
• Paper shuffle: an optional, finite themed filing animation, off by default and suppressed by Reduce Motion, accessory inactivity and desktop suspension.
• Maintenance: shared cancellable sheet-focus coordination uses native dismissal/key-window/update events rather than fixed delays. Scrapbook transfers, filing, OCR coordination and shelf rows have separate source files. Accessibility labels identify collection, favourite and batch-selection state.
• Upgrade coverage: complete libraries with archived pictures and OCR survive migration and portable backup/import; blocked migration backups leave the original index/images intact. Layout tests cover all six themes at Purist and 2× logical sizes.

Validation includes strict lint, Swift tests, release-mode Print Monitor tests, Python CI/release/tap/resource checks, exact-source hosted CI, Developer ID signing, Apple notarization, stapling and fresh-extraction Gatekeeper verification. Live Aqua 2× checks covered batch favourites/Undo Filing, collection renaming/removal, sheet focus and New Folder → Undo → Redo → Undo.

The library/archive formats remain version 2. Keep a full Scrapbook backup before downgrading to an app older than 0.12. Finder and filing history are session-only.

Spoken end-to-end VoiceOver, the complete accessory keyboard matrix, full system sleep, physical cable hot-plug and a multi-hour Wokyis soak remain open. No new physical Mini pass is claimed. Live GitLab/self-hosted validation remains unavailable without an instance. See docs/0.13_VALIDATION.md for evidence and limits.
