broken unused script em-dwp

Issue #14533 added (among others) the scripts `emdwp` and `em-dwp` - i.e. both with and without dash.
`em-dwp` is a wrapper for `em-dwp.py` which does not exist.

Seems that script is unused anywhere and shouold simply be dropped.
