Fixed — the Engineer panel names its chart

• The Engineer panel titled its second chart "Accuracy" for every run, with
  a legend reading "primary metric": a CatBoost AUC was charted as accuracy.
  The chart is now titled by the metric the story is told on, as its frames
  name it ("Val score", "Val AUC", "mAP"), and says "Accuracy" only when the
  story is told on accuracy. Its best-value star follows that metric's
  direction, from the dashboard's shared lower-is-better list rather than the
  panel's own shorter copy.
• A chart with no readings no longer shows a legend: a run without a loss
  showed "best val ★" on an empty loss chart.
