BoardScribe 1.0.0-beta2

Second beta of BoardScribe.

New

• Filter meetings by a start and end date, in both the Board Meetings block and the Shortcode Builder (PRO-1237).
• The default "held" date format now spells out the date, including the weekday.

Fixed

• Accessibility: correct table row-header semantics and improved pagination button contrast.
• Accessibility: real headings for the Shortcode Builder's result panels.
• The block sidebar template picker now shows even without Pro installed.
• More responsive grid layout for the admin Shortcode Builder.

For developers

• New hooks: edbs_after_agenda_url_field and edbs_after_minutes_url_field.
