v0.0.2 — Live Session Detection
What's New
Real-time live session detection using ~/.claude/sessions/<pid>.json — the extension now shows only Claude sessions with a genuinely running process, verified against the kernel's process start-time to guard against recycled PIDs.
Highlights
- No more guessing — sessions appear when their Claude process starts and disappear when it ends
- AI-generated titles — session names now match exactly what Claude Code shows in its tab bar
- Live status indicators — green (active/running tools), yellow (waiting for Claude), gray (idle, your turn)
- History panel — past sessions are one click away in a collapsible History section
- Subagent filtering — background agent jobs no longer pollute the session list
- 5-second polling — status stays current even in WSL2 where file watchers can silently drop events
