• Pasting from Word no longer turns the rest of a post italic. Word puts each endnote mark on the clipboard in square brackets, and its first endnote is numbered i, so it pasted as [i]. That's the code for italic, and nothing closed it. Footnote and endnote marks pasted from Word now come in as plain superscripts (¹, ⁱ), the way they look in Word.
