Fix

CSP policy was blocking emgithub embeds — The SecurityHeaders middleware added in v1.2.0 didn't include cdn.jsdelivr.net, which emgithub's embed-v2.js uses at runtime to load highlight.js theme CSS and the line-numbers plugin. The browser silently blocked those requests, leaving the "How it's done" sections empty.

Adds https://cdn.jsdelivr.net to script-src, style-src, and connect-src CSP directives.
