[Bug] New Boards in the Deal tab

Out of the box, there's no way to add a new board in the Deal tab:

You have to go to Settings > Deal Settings > Boards & Pipelines and there you can add a new board (the same is correct for the Tasks Board):

Also, after the first board and the first pipeline are created you cannot delete them (you can delete any other board or pipeline you create after that, just the first ones are 'locked'). It says "Can't remove a board" (there are no errors in the console)

@lovetatfitties Thanks for the issue.

We fixed the first bug. The fix will be included in the next release which is within next week. But if you want to get the fix immediately, it is on develop branch.

For the second one, To delete the board, you have to delete the pipelines in it. And to delete a pipeline, you have to delete the stages in it.
