Fixed

• The database settings page was wider than a phone when a connection
  had a long database value (a SQLite path, a long host): the summary grid
  grew to fit it and the connection list never wrapped it. Both wrap now.
• Its "Use this connection" button had no background: it used an
  undefined --esc-accent token. It now uses the panel accent.
• Ticket references, row focus, checkboxes and the active quick-filter tab
  were fixed blue and indigo in light mode, so a host's panel theme never
  reached them. They now use the panel accent and active tokens.
