Julian - with Patch 5

Fixes the minified build, which failed to load in 2.6.4, and two event-handler bugs.

• jQuery.leanModal2.min.js is rebuilt from source. 2.6.4's was missing a ; before an if, so browsers threw a SyntaxError and .leanModal() was never defined. The unminified jQuery.leanModal2.js was not affected.
• The version banner is restored at the top of the minified file.
• Reopening a modal no longer stacks another click handler on the close button each time.
• Closing a modal no longer removes every keyup handler on the document, including the page's own. leanModal's handlers are now namespaced, so it only ever unbinds its own.
• The README and demo page are corrected. The demo no longer says the modal must be a sibling of the trigger. Both now say how to hide the modal, which options are global, that jQuery 3 and 4 are supported, and that the modal is moved in the page, and the License badge links to this repository.
• The demo page now hosts its stylesheets itself instead of loading them from eustasy Labs, its code samples are escaped so they show as text, and its HTML validates.
• Installed eustasy/.Normal 5.0. It adds lint and format CI for CSS, HTML, JS and Markdown, plus security scanning. The source is reformatted with Prettier, with no change in behaviour.
