Fixed

• WSL: the Playwright driver probe now rejects a playwright-cli binary resolved under /mnt/* (Windows interop — its state-save re-resolves POSIX paths against the current drive, silently landing session state files on C:\tmp) and falls through to bunx @playwright/cli. WSL users should install a distro-native playwright-cli (npm i -g @playwright/cli inside the distro). (#27)
• Large Gemini API responses no longer fail with ParseError: Parse error / Max header size exceeded (undici HPE_HEADER_OVERFLOW): gemini-web-sdk bumped to ^2.3.0 (max response header size fix) and the transport error is translated into an actionable message. (#24)
• Test-only: profile-lifecycle status/list assertions no longer flake when chalk colorizes output on a TTY (bun run test:all run interactively).
• WSL: building from source now requires Bun ≥ 1.4.2. Bun 1.4.0's bun build --compile fails under WSL with Error truncating ELF file: EACCES: Permission denied (ftruncate()) regardless of output location (native filesystem included); fixed upstream in 1.4.2. Run bun upgrade inside the distro. No script workaround needed — bun run build / build:linux work unchanged on Bun ≥ 1.4.2, including outputs on /mnt/* paths.
