- `extension_manifest_validate` reports `data_collection_permissions` the way AMO's linter does, measured against the bundled linter: a `strict_min_version` below 140 draws the unsupported-key warning, and 140 or 141 without `gecko_android.strict_min_version` 142 draws the Android one; no minimum at all draws nothing, so the tool stays quiet then too.
