Patch [clarification] — documentation and tooling cleanup, plus dead-file purge. No observable behavior change for any working consumer.

Removed

• [behaviour] .github/scripts/shared/index.mjs — orphaned ESM bridge that imported a ./svg-pipeline.cjs module which never existed in git history or on disk. Loading the bridge threw Cannot find module for any consumer that tried. Audit confirmed zero live consumers; converter-qa.cjs only stat-checked its presence, never imported it. Honest cleanup; an ESM bridge can be reintroduced when a real ESM consumer arrives.

Fixed

• [clarification] .github/scripts/converter-qa.cjs — md-to-html suite now skips gracefully when pandoc is absent, matching the guard the md-to-word, html-to-md, and docx-to-md suites already had. Eliminates the 2 spurious failures that appeared on machines without pandoc. Also dropped the presence-check line for the deleted shared/index.mjs.
• [clarification] README.md — corrected skill/prompt counts (33 skills, 27 prompts) to match the actual brain shape; was lagging at 32/26.
• [clarification] .github/copilot-instructions.md — removed two dead skill references from the cluster table (mall-installation and converter skills do not exist; the /mall-* prompts and 6 format skills already cover those domains). Added alex-banner-generation skill and /convert prompt as accurate replacements.

• [clarification] Added intentional-divergence audit markers to shared-core brain artifacts that ship with Supervisor-curated heir-portable phrasing (skill-creator, skill-review, agent-creator, agent-review, instruction-creator, instruction-review, prompt-creator, prompt-review, code-review, meditation, brain-audit). No behavior change; the markers make the audit trail explicit per shared-core-coherence-audit.
• [clarification] Mirrored markdown-mermaid and alex-banner-generation skills (and the markdown-mermaid/references/ reference set) from Supervisor to clear documentation drift.
