@fabien: would love to hear your thoughts on this pull, because otherwise I need to work on an alternative solution. Right now I have a couple of ugly hacks just to keep things working, but integration tests are at half speed because of them. |

I'm going to work on this this week. I need some time as I'm not yet satisfied with this whole warmer concept. |

this makes it possible to force cache warming for the test env for example where you normally do not call any command, yet you run things on the CLI.
not sure if "force" should also imply "full".
