• Security · Access: The first administrator's password, created at installation, follows the same strong password rules as every other.
• Fix · System: An own server without the documentation site did not start HTTPS, and the weekly backup restore test did not catch a backup without the clinic.

• Improvement · System: Every change to the database structure is shown and tested before it goes in, with a warning for those that delete data or could not be undone.
