v0.7.13 omni gives every subagent the whole file it asked for:

a subagent's first read of a file comes back whole, even when its siblings read it first
a worktree-isolated claude code agent can run git again
a credential set after export or a shell operator is hidden too
omni.db is less than half its old size, 615 MB to 262 MB on a 30-day store
eight fewer crates in the build, and rust 1.99.1 is the pinned toolchain
