famstack 0.4.3

This release fixes how bots read rooms and which links the archivist reads, and nothing else. Before, every bot read every room every 30 seconds, also on an idle stack, and logged an error on each pass for every message it could not decrypt. Bots read a room only when it has new events. They also no longer skip messages sent while a bot starts, or when a history read stops early. The archivist reads only pages on public addresses when it files a link.

Upgrading from 0.4.2

./stack update
./stack restart

./stack restart restarts every running stacklet, which puts the fixes in place.

After the restart, the bot runner logs one error for each old message a bot cannot decrypt, then not again.

A link to a page in the home network, such as a router's page, is filed as a bookmark without the page's text. The archivist says why in its reply.
