  • ❤️ 📚 M.D.;.Ph.D.; Postdoc Researcher.
  • 📖 I study human behavior. Currently, at USP (Universidade de São Paulo).
  • 💻 Most of my programming is related to mathematical modelling and statistical inference. Check out my website.

  • 🔨 Active projects include the following Julia packages available form registries (julia>Pkg.add("AnalyticComb")):
    • 📝 AnalyticComb.jl implements solutions for combinatorial problems using symbolic methods (e.g. Polya opeators and generating functions).
    • 📝 SymbolicInference.jl offers probabilistic inference for certain problems, such as non-linear analysis of time-series.
    • ✏️ TextGraphs.jl provides repetition word graphs and several related metrics.
