Release v1.1.0

This release expands the plugin set from 13 to 21 skills, adds cross-platform setup scripts, updates manifests, and normalizes file formats.

What's New:

  • 8 New Skills: added using-engineering-docs orchestrator, project-plan, user-personas-behavior, ux-flow-specification, admin-access-control-specification, slo-error-budget-document, disaster-recovery-plan, and implementation-plan.
  • Standalone Configurations: AGENTS.md, GEMINI.md, and CLAUDE.md are rewritten to be completely self-contained.
  • Cross-Platform Setup: Added PowerShell (setup.ps1) and Bash (setup.sh) installers.
  • Shared Assets: Header, Gap Tagging, and Sign-off templates.
  • Validation: Normalized all 21 skills to UTF-8 without BOM with LF line endings.
