Changes

  • Occurrences: read inboxes no agent receives through the Chatwoot API
  • The agent editor's tabs are no history entries, so Back with unsaved edits leaves the agent (#1648)
  • Occurrences: several monitors per account
  • Occurrences: recover old voice notes and images on upstream Chatwoot at reading time
  • Occurrences: each merge, split and rename keeps the model's reason
  • An observation ends after a step of writes alone (#1646)
  • Occurrences: the monitor picks its inboxes with the agent editor's "Other inboxes" picker
  • Occurrences: a held Save says what is missing, and the Model card asks a base URL of OpenAI-compatible only
  • Occurrences: a monitor of why customers get in touch, with themes, flags, rounds and its own cost lines
  • Print a happy-dom node as one line when an assertion fails (#1643)

✨ What's new

  • Occurrence monitors reveal why customers get in touch. They group requests, questions and problems across conversations into themes and flag new themes, unusual volume or concentration around the same reference, which does not necessarily mean something went wrong. In Components > Occurrences, create a monitor, choose its inboxes and an API key, then turn it on: nothing runs until you do, and the monitor reads conversations at your chosen interval without creating an agent or replying to anyone.
  • Configure and track each monitor separately. Keep up to 10 monitors per account, each with its own inboxes, fields, model and schedule: Reason defines the themes, the optional Reference brings spelling variations under one name, and additional fields can copy values to Chatwoot conversation attributes. The Themes tab shows theme history and the reasons for merges, splits and renames, while Rounds shows what each round read, its duration and cost, also listed separately under “Occurrences: ...” in usage.
  • Include inboxes without an agent. Monitors also read conversations directly from Chatwoot without installing a bot or webhook; these conversations may take one extra cycle to appear. The same inbox can belong to multiple monitors, with a warning in the editor, and duplicating a monitor copies only its configuration, leaving it off with no inboxes selected.
  • Occurrence themes on dashboards. Choose the “Occurrences” source and a monitor in the panel editor to display its themes, with an optional “Flagged themes only” filter. Existing panels keep showing the same data.

⚡ Improvements

  • Faster, cheaper monitoring agents. Observers finish turns that only save information, such as adding a label or recording an entry, immediately after saving, without another model call. Turns that look up information or encounter a failed save continue as before.

🐛 Fixes

  • Browser Back works correctly with unsaved agent edits. Switching editor tabs no longer asks you to discard changes. Browser Back leaves the agent after a single confirmation, without landing on another tab with edits still pending.

✨ Novidades
