Parley Deck CLI 1.57.0 — optional participants (v3)

  • New ideas freeze participant-failure-v3. V3 keeps every v2 rule. Saved v1/v2 policies and hashes do not change.
  • Participants are optional: an automatic exclusion can leave one usable organizer or implementer holder, including a facilitator that takes implementation. Preflight and the driver accept that floor. A deliberate one-participant start still needs the §1 user solo exception.
  • Zero independent reviewers are accepted only when immutable history proves that automatic exclusion removed them. The driver then hands the close to the organizer, which records independent review: none. A missing review is never a pass.
  • Protocol: core 2.21.0 is staged for attended publication (parley protocol publish). The 20,000-byte skill and 70,000-byte phase-1 packet limits hold. Companion skill: 2.21.0.
  • CLI Windows remains experimental. CLI WinGet remains held.

Owner rule (2026-10-31): "ak hocijaky agent nema tokeny hned ho vyluc, pokial existuje organizer alebo implementer, tak moze parley pokracovat, participanti su volitelny".

Solo release: the owner authorized claude-1 alone because every other agent was out of tokens. Independent review: none.
