Vendor Braids DSP source, bundle dsp.so + presets in the release

Fetches the third-party DSP module (Emilie Gillet / Mutable
Instruments Braids, via Charles Vestal's Move Everything port — both
MIT-licensed, see third_party/braids/THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.md) directly
into this repo instead of requiring a separate manual build+copy step
after install. Upstream's own releases target ARM64 (Ableton Move),
not Push 3's x86_64, so this vendors the portable-C++ DSP source and
builds it native x86_64 in CI, same recipe already used for local dev.

A catalog install is now fully self-contained: dsp.so and its presets
ship in the release tarball, no manual step required.
