Fixes:

• codelapse --version printed the help text instead of the version.
• Files that no longer exist on disk (deleted or moved away) can be played again; their history is still in git.

What's in 1.0.0

• Player: lines keep their identity across commits and slide into place. Edits flash, new lines fade in and deleted lines fade out. Also: line numbers, syntax highlighting, the commit hash with a link, a file-size sparkline, an age heatmap, a wrap toggle and keyboard control.
• Life of a line: click a line to see who wrote it, when, every edit since (before and after), and its deletion.
• Export: MP4, WebM or GIF; 16:9, square or vertical; the last N commits; 8–60 s; rendered on your device. codelapse-express-response.mp4 below is a real export: the last 100 commits of Express's lib/response.js.
• CLI: follows renames (git log --follow), reads every version through one git cat-file --batch stream, prefetches in one request in blobless clones, and writes one offline HTML file. Options: file:line, -n, --rev, -o, --json.
• Website: GitHub links with shareable #/gh/... routes, an optional token, and real demos of Express, Preact and Chalk.

Requires git and Node.js 20+. codelapse.mjs is the whole CLI in one file: node codelapse.mjs <file>.
