Kodi 21.3 "Omega" for Windows 64-bit with AC-4 audio (ATSC 3.0 / NextGen TV).

  • Plays AC-4 in MPEG-TS (e.g. HDHomeRun), MP4 and raw .ac4: mono, stereo, 5.1 and 7.1.
  • Channel fix: the LFE (subwoofer) channel is now in the right place in 5.1 and 7.1. Earlier AC-4 builds sent it to the right surround speaker.
  • Immersive AC-4 (Atmos) streams no longer crash Kodi (they are still not supported).
  • No phantom 0-channel audio track from ATSC 3.0 subtitle streams.

Known limitation: 5.1 sent with parametric surrounds (A-CPL, common on ATSC 3.0) plays with silent surround channels. See the README.

Installs like the official Kodi 21.3, replacing an existing Kodi 21; settings are kept. Unofficial build, not supported by the Kodi team.
