RelModPy v0.2.0

This is an update to RelModPy with the following changes:

• The package structure has had minor refactoring.
• Package management has moved over from requirements.txt to pyproject.toml.
• The package now uses pytest for testing. Some tests have been identified and marked as failing. This is likely due to updates to numpy and/or scipy, and some work will need to be dedicated to fix them.
• Type hints have been added to the package to satisfy the strict mode of mypy.
