  • fiberhmm-call --dedup now forwards --dedup-min-deam, --dedup-prob-threshold, --dedup-ignore-strand, and --dedup-stats-tsv to the dedup pass (MinHash internals stay default; use standalone fiberhmm-dedup to tune those).
  • Fixed stale --recall-nucs help text.
