Hi everyone,
I'd like to share my Open Grant proposal for ACCUM v3.2+, a new blockchain protocol with a Fair Proof-of-Contribution (F-PoC) consensus. It's designed to resist ASIC dominance and reward miners based on work (60%), long-term participation (20%), and economic commitment (20%).
The protocol uses Argon2id (256 MB) for ASIC resistance and includes bond slashing, a loyalty system, and a phased governance model.
Why Filecoin?
Both ACCUM and Filecoin value decentralization and accessible participation. ACCUM's innovations in memory-hard PoW could contribute to research and alternative consensus approaches within the Filecoin ecosystem.

Proposal: #2065
