Fulltrust process crashes when right-clicking on exe files

Describe the bug
Fulltrust process crashes when right-clicking on some items e.g shortcut files or .exe files.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Right click on .exe file
2. The fulltrust process crashes and explorer context menu items are not shown

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS Version: [Windows 10 2004]
• App version: [0.14.0.0]

Additional context
This only happens with the store version/azure build. Locally compiled Debug and Release work ok.

@yaichenbaum I just saw that you merged issue #1913 with this one. Note that this issue is related to a crash of the fulltrust process, while #1913 looks to have a different root cause/different stacktrace. I'd keep the two issues separate.
