What's new

• Introduce the Crystra distribution identity and private local development inputs.
• Qualify Execution on its own main without superproject pins.
• Preserve the existing execution and observation protocol revisions.
• Distribute the ordinary Execution dependency as an exact GitHub Release archive.

This is the first Crystra distribution epoch. Previous WSR release history remains in Git history and is not migrated into new distribution records.
