v0.6.14
Highlights
- Recommend separately installed
agent-browser0.38.1, while retaining the 0.35.0 stable minimum. - Support native delta snapshots and persistent refs without treating partial revisions as empty pages.
- Preserve conditional screenshot skips without inventing paths or attaching old images.
- Support session pointer modes and recording cursor/contact-sheet options, verify contact-sheet images, and surface native WebMCP catalog updates.
- Give automatic browser cleanup a 35-second default budget so its old five-second deadline does not interrupt native Chrome's five-second exit grace. Explicit timeout overrides remain supported; timeout failures now identify the cleanup phase and elapsed time. The shared default also applies to quit/reload cleanup and Electron's separate host-exit wait.
agent-browser remains a separate installation; it is not bundled in this package.
Implementation: #182. Release qualification and cleanup correction: #183.
Verification
Published to npm as pi-agent-browser-native@0.6.14 (latest) and to GitHub at tag v0.6.14. The npm tarball integrity matches the attached release artifact. A clean npm-loaded Pi session passed real-browser open, snapshot, title, screenshot verification, and close; its installed runtime files matched the published tarball.
Qualification passed 1,149 unit/fake tests, real-upstream contracts, 75 native batch/fidelity checks, native macOS/Ubuntu/Windows suites, all three local reviews, configured Pi reload/restart checks, and packaged Pi verification. macOS and Windows used the documented local/hosted native transports rather than Crabbox SSH/Parallels.
