Changed

  • Qualify official Pi 0.99.2 while retaining the Pi 0.87.0 minimum and host-owned wildcard peers.
  • Deliver complete browser instructions through native instruction groups where supported and the same eager guidance on official Pi.
  • Require Android-native TypeScript 7 tsgo for Termux source installs and type checks.
  • Store small canonical browser events and once-per-capture refs; replay selected journal definitions through public Pi APIs with bounded token parsing.
  • Add pi-agent-browser-convert for validated offline, source-preserving legacy-session conversion.

Fixed

  • Restore consumer-install startup without a dynamic host-package import (#210, #207).
  • Preserve action-specific Electron validation with an object-rooted strict-provider schema (#214).
  • Separate QA checks not reached after fail-fast errors from executed failures, preserve the redacted cause, and leave missing execution evidence unknown.
  • Limit abandoned policy/temp cleanup to eight inspected candidates per call with randomized first windows and rotation, retaining dead-owner proof and protected resources (#120).
  • Keep replay on its captured journal branch during concurrent publication.
  • Block dispatch after unconfirmed journal writes and preserve observed lifecycle effects after output failures.
  • Invalidate refs across unverifiable native daemon generations and retain owner-qualified restart/cleanup provenance.

Qualification and performance

  • Official Pi 0.99.2 and pinned fork Pi 0.99.1 are qualified independently on Node 24.21.0; exact-head official/fork/macOS-package/native-checkpoint CI is green.
  • Local build, TypeScript, full unit/fake suite, generated documentation/live command reference, native upstream contract, browser dogfood, configured-source lifecycle, packaged consumers, interactive real-site/code/Electron flows, and large-journal conversion/replay were exercised. The release tarball is checked through managed package installs, native behavior and actual CLI loading on both hosts, then published without repacking.
  • Final local suite: 1,262 passed, zero failures/cancellations, 43 expected platform/opt-in skips. Native upstream probes passed 1 sessionless, 17 browser, and 73 batch-contract tests; all eight dogfood flows passed. Large-journal conversion/replay passed on a 1,609,734,430-byte source with a single ignored string over 1 GiB, preserving original bytes and both branches.
  • Startup median 60.6 ms / maximum 62.1 ms remains within the unchanged 250 ms budget. Native macOS cleanup comparisons improved populated temp/policy medians from 36.000 to 5.784 ms and 24.102 to 10.828 ms respectively; empty-pool timings overlap. These small samples are not universal or Windows performance guarantees.
  • Ubuntu platform suites passed. macOS passed the documented local-native alternative; the Crabbox macOS SSH attempt failed during tar sync before tests. This is not a passing Crabbox matrix or full composed release gate.
  • Windows qualification remains explicitly owner-waived, not passed. Known diagnostics remain visible; waived repair work was not reopened.

Requires Node.js 24.21.0+, Pi 0.87.0+, and separately installed agent-browser (recommended 0.38.1; supported stable floor 0.35.0).

The operator's installed Pi/package has not been activated or updated.
