  • Add PHP 8.3 and Laravel 12.55+ support alongside Laravel 13, backed by framework-specific Testbench dependencies, clean consumer and resolution-floor checks, and a PHP 8.3 CI matrix for both supported Laravel majors.
  • Replace the only PHP 8.4-only runtime function with an equivalent PHP 8.3-compatible path-segment safety check while preserving plugin asset traversal and dotfile rejection.
