• Fixed an issue where file tasks registered by
  create_github_workflow_templates consumed the pending desc before the
  github:workflows task could claim it, ensuring rake -T correctly displays
  the description for github:workflows.
• Restructured AI prompts for changelog and release generation to include
  explicit Input, Rules, and Output format sections, instructing the model to
  treat patches as the source of truth over commit messages.
• Added category headers (Breaking, Features, Fixes, Improvements, Build & CI,
  Testing, Documentation) to AI prompts with a rule to omit empty sections.
• Added --color=never to git log calls in version_log_diff and
  ChangelogGenerator#generate to prevent ANSI escape codes from leaking into
  AI prompts.
• Added -p to ChangelogGenerator#generate to feed patch data to the AI
  model, consistent with release and version-bump prompts.
• Improved generated version.rb documentation by replacing bare comments with
  a full YARD block that includes an auto-generation warning and clarifies the
  type of the VERSION constant.
• Updated the with_infobar call in generate_changelog to conditionally show
  the infobar only when STDOUT is a TTY.
