Claude Code Ultimate Guide v3.44.0 collects the guide updates since v3.43.0, with new Lean workflow controls, AI FinOps references, expanded agent harness guidance and the published MCP 1.3.6 fixes.

Highlights

  • Lean and AI workflows: review-capacity admission, testable legacy slices, repository readiness and countermeasure worksheets. The guide distinguishes delivery activity from measured user outcomes.
  • AI FinOps: subscription quotas, metered API tokens and owned inference capacity; ten cost levers and a source-checked market snapshot dated September 30, 2026.
  • Token-saving benchmarks: revised end-to-end comparisons, vendor-versus-independent evidence, removed unsupported savings claims and the author's RTK contributor disclosure.
  • Agent harnesses and engineering methods: durable execution, acceptance and recovery contracts, brownfield workflows, skill packs and Codex hook failure modes.
  • Security references: AgentSec threat database 2.31.0, updated advisory and migration guidance, and a DarkMoon/Strix pentesting comparison with explicit evidence limits.
  • MCP 1.3.6: published npm and official Registry package with repaired chapter links and source offsets, corrected index references, translation metadata and public statistics collection. The MCP package follows its own version sequence.
  • Documentation and publication: Claude Code release tracking through v2.1.289, machine-readable discovery, bilingual export tooling, and version synchronization that preserves numbered sections and historical references.

Reading and downloads

The French full guide remains at its recorded v3.43.0 source revision and is declared stale against the current English guide. This release publishes the current sources. Its four attached books are unchanged copies of the published v3.43.0 PDF and EPUB editions, with their original edition identified in each asset label. Their SHA-256 hashes match the original release. Keeping the existing filenames preserves the Latest download links.
