• Installable package agent-card-starter with the command agent-card: init writes a first agent card for your business, validate checks agent cards, server cards and catalogs (same checks as before). Standard library only, Python 3.9+.
• README rewritten around the 60-second use: copy, fill in, validate, publish under /.well-known/agent-card.json.
• Discussions form "Show and tell" and a "Built with this? Tell us" section.
• The validator now lives in agent_card/validator.py; tools/validate_agent_card.py keeps working as a thin wrapper.
• Hygiene test no longer fails on glama.json.
