All tabs in Output plugin OpenTelemetry docs for code examples is broken.

@esmerel I'm not sure what's the problem here but @patrick-stephens pointed out the page is not displaying the markdown tabs (just the code)... the syntax is correct... also not seeing any other pages rendering incorrectly with the same code for tabs... any ideas what might have changed?

Just found an endtabs line that when I copy over it with a working example from another file, shows a change... maybe encoding? Going to push that fix.

Attaching some of the code being exposed, this is not part of the file, it's got div code from the site rendering?
