Looks like the last endtabs encoding was different than other working markdown doc files. Fixes #2073. #2074

Looks like the last
endtabsencoding was different in the output plugin docs file for OTel, copied over from working markdown doc files seems to change that line. Also fixed 4 space tabs in classic config as rest of the examples are standardized on 2 spaces.Fixes #2073.
