[macOS] Eliminate unnecessary dynamic declaration

Since view is a property of NSViewController, it's unnecessary for us to declare @dynamic view in FlutterViewController's implementation.

No test changes since this change is simply eliminating an unnecessary redeclaration of a property that's part of the NSViewController superclass.
