I created a Windows application which throws FileSystemException on a device but works fine with others window's devices.

I would want you to reopen the issue as the issue occurs in the PRODUCTION APPLICATION FOR WINDOWS and not the TOOLS functionality during the flutter development which the #65242 issues is about

Also the issue occurs only on this device and not any other.

Can you please provide a complete and minimal, reproducible example along with the complete output of flutter doctor -v?

The issue was caused by windows defender as it blocked the access to the file system.
