Docs aren't getting updated

In e142d8d, we updated the docs script to publish docs on the live site only for the beta branch. However, there was a bug whereby the condition to generate docs on the beta branch was never being hit.

This means that the docs on the site right now are about 3 weeks old and 2 weeks older than beta 1.
