Upgrade intl to ^0.20.0 with flutter_localizations

Flutter_localizations package depends on intl ^0.19.0

Would it be possible to update this dependency to intl ^0.20.0?

Couldn't find any issues related to this, sorry if this is duped

Nope, that issue is trying to make intl compatible with ^0.18 and this one is requesting to make it compatible with ^0.20.
