A web tab keeps its page title after the router moves on. Chrome keeps a tab title per history entry. After a page builds, the Flutter engine calls history.pushState or replaceState to report the route, and the title written during that build did not follow the new entry: the tab fell back to the previous entry's title, or to the bare host, while document.title still read correctly. Blink only reports a title to the browser when it changes, so writing the same one again did nothing, and the tab stayed wrong until the next navigation. MagicApplication now re-sends the title after every change of the browser's current history entry (a title written with a zero-width suffix, then the real one) through the Navigation API; where the browser has none, and on every other platform, nothing changes.
