注意事项

• 签名：本地自建密钥 CN=HongguoTV API21 Local，与官方包签名不同，无法覆盖安装官方版，需先卸载
• 依赖约束：Media3 必须锁在 ≤ 1.8.1（1.9.0+ 要求 API 23）
• API 21 适配点：getSystemService(Class)、getActiveNetwork()、registerDefaultNetworkCallback、canRequestPackageInstalls、java.util.PriorityQueue、android:windowLightStatusBar 均加了版本守卫或替代实现
