This is the full PCSX2 patch for tweaking the fog and motion blur effects of RE: Code Veronica X, updated so that it can fix the corrupted font graphics and the tiled Inventory/Item Box UI as well. In order to install it, simply drag the file to the patches folder of the emulator and while running the game, go to Settings -> Game Properties -> Patches on the PCSX2 window to see all the different settings.
Some options are marked as "experimental" because I have to test further if I found an adequate code cave for modularizing the fog, but so far I didn't encounter any issues. Also, the patch only works with the US release (SLUS_201.84) for the time being.
