OctoWoW HD 1.2.7: no more broken faces after toggling, High Elf eyes like the men's

• Broken faces after turning the HD packs off or on are fixed. Your character's skin stayed in the previous pack's version (for example the HD skin on OctoWoW's own model after turning everything off) until you logged out. Now every skin part is refreshed right away.
• High Elf women's eyes now look like Project Reforged's High Elf men: the glowing cyan eye with a soft light in front of it, fading as the eyelids close (Little Extra and Little Extra Less).
• Installer 1.2.1 removes a second HDToggle.dll line from dlls.txt left by an old manual install (it loaded two copies of HD Switch, and /hd check could not work after an update).
• Troubleshooting: put debug=2 under [HDToggle] in mods\HDToggle.ini for a detailed mods\HDToggle.log.
• Our packs now download from our own server; nothing changes for you.

Reopen the installer: it updates itself, then click Update on HD Switch and on the packs (HD Switch, Little Extra Less and Little Extra changed).
